Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the nx888 platform. This age threshold applies without exception to all Members and all product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, Mahjong, and Domino QQ. nx888 enforces a strict 21+ policy in recognition of the financial and psychological risks associated with real-money gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. nx888 is operated as an international online betting platform and is intended primarily for use by players in Indonesia and other eligible jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the nx888 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. nx888 does not warrant that the platform is legal in all locations. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one nx888 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds held therein.

2.4 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts.

2.5 Employee Restriction. Directors, officers, employees, consultants, and immediate family members of any entity associated with the operation of the nx888 platform are not permitted to hold active wagering accounts or participate in real-money play.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information. To register an account on nx888, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an Indonesian mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 Indonesian Mobile Number. A valid Indonesian mobile number is required for account registration and SMS-based two-factor authentication. Numbers registered to Indonesian mobile network operators (Telkomsel, Indosat, XL Axiata, Tri, Smartfren) are accepted. The mobile number you provide must be registered in your own name.

3.3 Username and Password. You will select a unique username and a password during the registration process. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. nx888 will never request your full account password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). nx888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to the Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Identity verification is typically required before processing the first withdrawal from a new account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Currency. All nx888 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). nx888 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in IDR. No foreign exchange conversions are applied by the platform, though your own bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of nx888.

Account Security

4.1 Member Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. nx888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify the nx888 support team immediately via live chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. nx888 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before you notify us of a security breach.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. nx888 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure. Enabling 2FA means that a one-time verification code must be entered at login in addition to your password, providing a second layer of protection against unauthorised account access.

4.4 Shared Devices. You should not log in to your nx888 account on shared or public devices. If you must do so, ensure you log out completely and do not allow the browser to save your credentials. nx888 is not responsible for account access by a third party on a device you have permitted them to use.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nx888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. nx888 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency or international credit or debit card.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits independently of nx888.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposits via bank transfer are credited to the Member's account within 1–5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed by nx888 within approximately five minutes of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. nx888 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Standard fees applied by your own bank or e-wallet provider are beyond nx888's control.

5.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the nx888 account holder. nx888 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to third-party accounts. If your registered payment details change, you must update them in your account dashboard and may be required to complete an additional verification step.

5.6 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and have been obtained lawfully. nx888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering principles and may request evidence of source of funds as part of the KYC process. Deposits originating from unlawful activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account closed.

5.7 Deposit Funds Usage. Funds deposited to your nx888 account are held for the purpose of real-money wagering on the platform. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Deposits made with the sole intent of exploiting payment processing — without genuine wagering activity — may result in account review and withdrawal delays.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by nx888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per Member, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address. Attempts to claim a new-member bonus more than once — through multiple accounts or through other means — constitute fraudulent bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. nx888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom in cases where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other Members to guarantee profits, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation systems.

6.6 nx888's Right to Modify Promotions. nx888 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value beyond the specific terms of the relevant offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the nx888 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Mahjong, Domino QQ). Product-specific rules are published within each game lobby or betting interface on the platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is only deemed accepted once the nx888 system generates a bet confirmation reference and the bet is recorded in the Member's account transaction history. In the event of a technical failure between bet placement and confirmation, the bet may be voided. nx888 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.

7.3 Odds and Prices. Sportsbook odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmed on the bet slip are the odds that apply to the wager, regardless of subsequent market movements. nx888 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds — a bet placed on an obviously erroneous price may be voided or settled at the corrected price at nx888's discretion.

7.4 Void Bets. Certain events may result in bets being voided, including: abandonment or postponement of a sporting event, technical errors, data feed failures, or market integrity concerns. Voided bets are returned to the Member's account balance as a cash refund of the original stake.

7.5 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games and slot titles on the nx888 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. nx888 does not alter or influence game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nx888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonus funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their express written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the platform to launder money.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt influence over sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nx888 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the nx888 platform technology.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through proxy services, VPNs, or other technical means.

Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the nx888 platform — including but not limited to the nx888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of nx888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. nx888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content; use the nx888 brand or logo without express written permission; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract platform data by automated means.

9.3 Game Content. Individual game titles available on the nx888 platform are the intellectual property of their respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and others). nx888 operates these games under licence and makes no claim of ownership over game intellectual property.

Privacy & Data

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by nx888 is governed by the nx888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data You Provide. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. nx888 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. In the case of a manifest error — including typographical errors in odds, incorrectly credited winnings, or system glitches — nx888 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any amounts incorrectly credited to a Member's account.

11.3 Member Decisions. All betting and gaming decisions are made by Members at their own risk. nx888 does not provide betting advice, tipster services, or investment recommendations. The platform is a medium for entertainment only. nx888 shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform.

11.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nx888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nx888, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of the platform; your provision of false information; or your violation of any applicable law.

Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your nx888 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

12.2 nx888-Initiated Closure. nx888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or a Member's request under self-exclusion.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the nx888 platform is immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct), Clause 9 (Intellectual Property), Clause 11 (Limitation of Liability), and Clause 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. nx888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the nx888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.1.

13.3 Version Control. The current version of these Terms is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of these Terms are not publicly archived but are available upon request by contacting the nx888 support team.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nx888 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and nx888, we encourage you to contact the customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes — relating to bet settlements, account balances, deposit and withdrawal issues — can be resolved through the support team without formal proceedings.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures of the jurisdiction in which nx888 is licensed. You must submit any formal complaint in writing to the nx888 support email address within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

14.4 Indonesian Players. If you are resident in Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific regulations under Indonesian law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the nx888 platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. nx888 makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in all regions of Indonesia.
